There just must have been something really good in the air these past 24 hours: first I was present when Terri Steinberg got some really good news (I'll tell you about this later) and then, just a few hours later, while we were driving to the next stop for the German JOH tour, Bill was reading that we've got our 132th exoneree now (see post below!).
Last night I had just parked the car to get to a public event in Bad Mergentheim with Bill, Terri and Ray, when Terri's phone rang. It was Justin's lawyer who informed Terri that Justin's case was sent back to a lower federal court for reconsideration!
Terri was shaking with joy and we all just felt like celebrating right there standing in the rain! :-)
You can read more about these news here.
There is evidence that Justin is wrongly convicted and actually innocent of the crime he's on death row for and so this is really good news.
Nevertheless the fight is not won yet and Justin is not re-united with his family yet. Please learn more about Justin and the case here, get involved and help the truth to come out!

WOW !!! THIS IS SUCH GREAT & JOYFUL NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll never forget all the young men who were so moved to write letters to Justin - who related to his predicament as only young men facing lots of unknowns in their own lives might. Terri was there in Texas that night and others of the Journey family.
Please give EVERYONE a deeply affectionate hug for me for at least 10 minutes! I really feel this one. Thanks be to GOD!
Lots of Love all around!
Your Forever Sister,
Connie
